densified shuttering Plywood is compact and toughened quality structural plywood. This is the most elegant, durable, superior film faced densified shuttering Ply. Its strength factor exceeds to withstand any amount of load of concrete and the vibration caused by pouring the concrete. The technique used to manufacture this plywood is a unique ‘Heating-Cooling cycle’ process.
Using selected hardwood veneers, BWP grade of phenol formaldehyde resin-conforming to IS 848:1974 is used for bonding. Permanent preservative treatment in a vacuum pressure impregnation plant makes it resistant to termites and other micro-organisms.

FLUSH DOORS are known for its load bearing capacity. Full size frames are used for better strength. Both side lock rail are provided for sufficient strength to the handles and knobs. All core, battens and frames are treated with special chemical, which make the door stable in case of bore and termite attack. BWP grade PF resin is used during manufacturing which provide long life.
